Step 1: Choose Your Workshop Style

Decide whether you’d like the experience in our light-filled Melbourne studio (8–20 participants) or at your own venue. Off-site workshops scale up beautifully—we’ve hosted up to 50 people.

Step 2: We Handle the Details

Once you book, we plan everything. From tailoring the session to your team goals, to providing every flower, tool, and apron—you just turn up. Add on grazing-style catering and drinks if you’d like the whole thing to be completely hands-off.

Step 3: The Workshop Day!

Our florists guide your team through modern floral techniques, colour play, and design. Each person creates their own arrangement while learning new skills in a fun, collaborative way.

Step 4: Share the Results

Take home your floral piece or style them together as a group display for the office. Either way, your team leaves proud of what they’ve created (and with a great story to tell).
