Our Process for Wedding Flowers
Fill out our contact form on the website to connect with a modern melbourne wedding florist.
We’ll reach out within 3 business days to discuss your vision, confirm availability for your wedding date, and issue a deposit invoice to secure your booking.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. No date is secured until the deposit is paid.
We’ll create a mood board that showcases your colour palette and custom flower selection, helping you visualise how our bespoke wedding flowers will enhance your theme. You can be as involved in the design process as you like—it’s your day!
A site visit or final meeting (via Google Meet, unless otherwise arranged) will be scheduled to review and finalise the details of your wedding flowers. The remaining balance (70%) is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.
