We offer delivery services on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Additionally, we provide special delivery options for select graduation dates, these dates will be made available through our website.

We offer delivery services on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and the cutoff time for placing orders is 6 p.m. on the night before the scheduled delivery date. However, please be aware that if we have reached capacity, certain delivery slots may have sold out. To ensure you secure your order and avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Our dedicated team is committed to creating exceptional floral designs and therefore places limits on how many orders we accept. 

Our flowers are delivered within a time frame of 9am to 6pm. We aim to ensure that your beautiful floral arrangements arrive during this period. 

If your delivery is time-sensitive, please be sure to mention this in the order notes, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please understand that while we strive to meet specific timing preferences, we cannot guarantee any delivery time beyond our usual time frame of 9am to 6 pm."

No, currently we do not offer overseas shipping for any of our products. Our merchandise and accessories are available to order in Australia only. However if you have a specific enquiry or request relating to international order, please do not hesitate to contact us via our website and we will do our best to assist you. 

Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

The earlier you reach out to us, the better. Our floristry services are in high demand, and securing your date well in advance ensures that we can dedicate the time and attention needed to create the perfect floral arrangements for your special day. However, we understand that every event is unique, and sometimes circumstances require shorter lead times. Don't hesitate to contact us, even if your event is approaching rapidly. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and work our magic to make your event unforgettable.

For bespoke weddings we do have a minimum spend requirement of $3,000.00. 

We understand that each wedding is unique and may have varying budget considerations. To accommodate lower spend requirements, we also offer wedding and elopement packages starting from $1,000.000 these packages provide a cost effective option while still delivering our exceptional floral design services to make your event memorable. 

There is also the option to order wedding party florals only (e.g. Bouquets, buttonholes, corsages etc). Whilst this is still a bespoke service, there is no minimum spend. 

For bespoke events we do have a minimum spend requirement of $1,000.00. We understand that each event is unique and may have varying budget considerations. To accommodate lower spend requirements, we also offer party packages starting from $150.00 these packages provide a cost effective option while still delivering our exceptional floral design services to make your event memorable. 

To prolong the longevity of your floral arrangements, please consider the following key points: 

1. Trim the stems at an angle and place them in fresh water. 
2. Change the water and retrim the stems every two days. 
3. Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and warm areas. 
4. Avoid draughty locations and excessive air conditioning.

In such cases, our expert florists will thoughtfully substitute with equally stunning flowers, ensuring your arrangement is a masterpiece in its own unique way.
