We design florals to suit a range of budgets. Our bespoke wedding services start at $3,000, while bridal personals (bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, etc.) have no minimum spend. This way, every couple can enjoy beautiful floral design tailored to their day.
Our $3,000 minimum reflects the care, planning, and time we dedicate to each wedding. It ensures we can give your florals the attention they deserve and create a truly bespoke experience tailored to your vision.
Every wedding is unique, and couples prioritise their floral budget differently. Based on our experience, allocating around $6,000–$8,000 will typically cover all your personal florals, ceremony and a stunning reception setup — giving you the full “floral moment” most people envision. We’re always happy to work within your budget and our wedding minimum spend starts from $3,000 and we can tailor designs to achieve the maximum impact for your spend.
Yes! We offer personal florals such as bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, and flower girl baskets with no minimum spend, so couples on any budget can enjoy beautiful, custom florals. An additional delivery and labour fee applies to all personal floral orders.
We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak season (September–April). Popular months fill quickly, but we also take last-minute weddings if availability allows.
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with planners, stylists, and venues to ensure your floral vision ties seamlessly into your overall day.
Yes. Urban Antidote weddings include full delivery and set up across Melbourne and regional Victoria. On the day, our team carefully transports and styles every bouquet, arrangement, and installation. We also handle pack-down if required. All weddings are subject to a design, labour, and delivery fee, calculated based on the complexity of your job and itemised in your quote.
Melbourne’s weather can be unpredictable, so we plan ahead to keep your flowers looking their best.
- Rainy days: We’ll discuss your wet weather plan in advance, so adjustments can be made seamlessly on the day if needed.
- Windy days: If using plinths, we’ll suggest converting arrangements to grounded designs for stability.
- Hot summer days: We take every precaution, but extreme heat and direct sun (especially during outdoor ceremonies) are outside of our control. Our priority is that your flowers look their best for your moment, though longevity on very hot days can’t be guaranteed.
In your custom moodboard, we’ll include examples of the seasonal florals we plan to use. While this is our guide, availability can change due to factors beyond our control. If a bloom isn’t available, we’ll select equally stunning alternatives to maintain your look, feel, and colour palette.
We don’t provide full mock-ups, but your detailed moodboard and floral selection gives you a clear vision of your wedding florals.
Yes, we travel across Victoria and beyond. We are also available for weddings in Sydney and Adelaide, with a minimum spend of $10,000.
To secure your date, we require a 30% deposit. This is non-refundable, as once your date is locked in we reserve it exclusively for you and often turn away other couples for the same day.
Yes — we love repurposing ceremony flowers so you can enjoy them throughout the whole day. Many designs can be moved and styled at your reception to get the most out of your florals. If you’d like us to do the relocation, a fee applies to cover the time, staff, and logistics involved. To provide an accurate quote, we’ll need to know the timing between your ceremony and reception.

We do our best! Smaller arrangements or simpler designs can often be accommodated on short notice. For larger or more complex installations, early booking is recommended.
Yes — a 30% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance payable two weeks prior to the event. This ensures your date is reserved and allows us to plan and prepare your floral designs with care.
Floral Design Workshops
We offer both public onsite workshops and private workshops. Public workshops are released on our website and limited dates fill up quickly, so booking early is recommended. Private workshops can be booked via the website or by contacting us directly if your preferred date isn’t listed.
In our studio, we can host up to 20 participants for workshops. Private workshops require a minimum of 8 people. This ensures everyone has enough space and attention for a hands-on experience.
